font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">另一方面，就简称“巴”来说，则是和诸侯国——巴国存在密切的关系。根据史料记载，巴国，周朝时期位处今中国西南、长江上游地区的一个姬姓国家，子爵，都城为江州，即今重庆市江北区。鼎盛时期，巴国疆域“其地东至鱼复，西至僰道，北接汉中，南及黔涪。”其疆域之辽阔，概括了今重庆全境、湖北恩施、川东北部分地区。到了战国中期，张仪强烈要求秦惠文王攻下巴国未允，次年八月得到芈八子（后来的宣太后）支持，于公元前316年攻克全境得，将巴国纳入到秦国的郡县制中。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
