我这里有这样的案例，（但是这是旧房改造）我也来回答一下
从设计到整体的完工阶段，对大家应该有帮助

业主需求：
①一个人居住，保留3个卧室，保留原有生活阳台；
②全屋无主灯设计；
③喜欢喝酒，需要设计酒柜；
④喜欢稳重的色彩，高端大气。

①厨房采光略差；
②主卧和老人房的梁位需要做处理；
③卫生间干湿分区 ；
④主卧的空间没有有效利用；
⑤阳台的空间分布不合理；
⑥公卫门正对客厅区。

平面布置图体现改造要点：
①厨房做灯光处理，增加其采光；
②主卧和老人房的梁位包起来，切掉一部分；
③卫生间干湿分离处理；
④主卧增加储物，把空间有效利用；
⑤阳台做内包处理；
⑥公卫门方向做改变，不再正对客厅区。

在所有的图纸都设计完成差不多后，就和业主确定开工时间

保护做好之后，机械人工都到就开始准备工作了，第一步是拆除原有户型的所有原始装饰

一定要多清理干净，不能留太多残渣在室内空间，因为要留出地方来堆放材料。

所有的东西都拆除完工后，非承重墙也拆除后，接下来工作室砌筑新墙体，根据图纸要求
