原始空间
原空间是精装交付，就精装而言，样板房与精装呈现的是共性，之于居住空间则追求特殊和独特性。常言道“鸡肋”，“食之无味，弃之不舍”大概说的就是精装房这种东西。所以，一个字，“改”！

t空间形成
空间总是围绕人而产生话题，什么样的生活模式造就什么样的空间环境。客户是某科技企业的财务高管，经常出差，有时候居于一角就能开启工作模式。所以，我们将公共空间区域打造成为一个可以沟通互动的场所，在繁琐的实物中，精神世界的满足和放空才是核心。除了工作，我们还有生活，还有家庭，我希望这些能很好的在空间中共生。煮一杯咖啡，伏案于吧台上处理几份文件，顺便辅导下在旁边写作业的小孩，舒适，轻松而自由。
