linkedin - Dynamics 365 Marketing Interaction to InMail Message

Question

Would there be an out of the box or API method to capture Dynamics 365 Marketing content engagement and matching LinkedIn records and trigger a custom InMail message?

I have reviewed the Marketing Developer Platform + Sales Navigator API but not found a clear solution.
