$request->attributes->get('_controller');
// will get yourBundleControlleryourController::CreateAction

$params = explode('::',$request->attributes->get('_controller'));
// $params[1] = 'createAction';

$actionName = substr($params[1],0,-6);
// $actionName = 'create';
