im using xamp and trying to make phpmyadmin public access so anynone could connect to database for website that im creating. I changed ip adress in phpMyAdminconfig.inc.php it has very slow connecting to it and then says refused connection in end. All other beyond the database works well and its on public ip which is no-ip what im using "whazorz.ddns.net" port that im using is :90. Please any solutions for this?
also i played a bit with $cfg['Servers'][$i]['host'] = '127.0.0.1'; ip changing and still not working? but why?
