r - RStudio problem in getting the package installed

Question

So I was trying to download the knitr package and the after downloading the package is getting stored in C:UsersdellAppDataLocalTempRtmpkJQVjPdownloaded_packages but the default place to store packages is C:/Users/dell/Documents/R/win-library/3.5. This is not letting me use the package installed. What do I do?
