windows - Cannot open command prompt with Administrative Rights

I am trying to install WSL on my PC, for that I need to run my command prompt with administrative rights. I am able to see the option for run as administrator but when I click on that nothing happens. Image of what I see on right clicking on the command prompt, nothing happens when I click. Please help me fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
