I have a family member with a Lexmark CS331dw printer connected to a Mac running OSX Catalina. For remote use to work they need to use a nested RDP session (they remote in, and then there is a second RDP session inside the first). The printer redirects OK, but even though it seems that duplex printing is turned off on both the Mac and Windows side, but from the RDP session it prints every document duplex. Printing from the Mac is working normally.
Any ideas on where to look? I feel it must be something on how it is redirecting the printer, but I can't work out what it might be. I do not have admin access to the RDP session, but we do have admin access to the Mac.
The behaviour seems the same whether connected by USB or network.
