amazon elb - capturing Public IP address from URL header in haproxy logs

Question

We have haproxy configured behind an AWS ELB. When we look at the logs for haproxy it only shows all connections coming in from the ELB's private IP's . is there any specific config in haproxy that will allow it to log the public IP of the request from the header ?
