flash - Create android application with jsp url or swf file

Question

i am trying to make a mobile app using swf files i got from windows app in air folder.I can do it very badly, but I need to quickly create this... do you know if this is possible since swf files were created to run on windows while i am trying to pass them on android. This is important to me because it is an application that I use during firefighters' interventions. thank you
