How to debug a python file run from shell script in intellij?

Question

For example:

I have a test.py

print("hello world")
a=1
print(a)

and a shell script test.sh

python test.py

How can I debug test.py?

I don't want to use

import pdb;pdb.set_trace() 

or

python -m pdb test.py 

since they do not fully utilize the Pycharm debug feature.
