As per openlogic community we can migrate rhel to centos by following few steps as mentioned.

Things work as expected in
- Vagrant and
- even in Azure VM.
In Azure VM after restart of the VM Rhel gets changed to CentOS.
But still the billing is been done for Rhel and Cost is getting incurred.
Ideally the cost for licencing needs to refer to the internal Rhel configurations.
When the OS details gets changed at the Azure Portal, why still cost gets incurred does azure has any pointers and solution to address this issue?
