I'm doing a case study for a company (X). While the data is quite expansive, contains attempts to promote/sell product to customers of company X. The marketing is done through 3 channels: by email, phone and mail. The focus of our study is to explain the conversion based on the attempts made through these three channels. The conversion is a dummy variable and the attempts of contacts are:
