I have a simple usecase where I need to maintain a materialized view of user data that is being updated every hour. Then at the end of each day I want to export the current user table to a file to be imported into Splunk.

I have installed kafka and setup the file connector to grab the files and update a topic. I have also setup ksqldb to maintain this table however the Pull requests do not support dumping the entire table.

Is there an easy way to just export the current table in kafka?
