reactjs - Jenkins pipeline to deploy on heroku

Question

I have a react js application and i need to deploy it on HEROKU. For this i created a Jenkins file:

     agent any
     stages {
          stage("Install Deps") {
            steps {
                bat "npm install"
            }
        }
          stage("Test") {
            steps {
                bat "npm run test"
            }
        }
        stage("Build") {
            steps {
                bat "npm run build"
            }
        }
