Run python script that imports modules with batch file

I have a python script that I need to run with a batch file, my current batch file looks like this

"C:UsersMarkBAppDataLocalProgramsPythonPython37python.exe" "C:UsersMarkBPycharmProjectsprojvenvRdirextractor.py"
 pause

when running the batch I get this error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pandas'

I have installed pandas in my virtual environment, and the program runs fine when run from the IDE. The batch file and script are in the same directory, the batch file can run scripts that do not import any non standard modules
