这跟技术总监没关系。任何公司里的人在上班时间玩王者荣耀还长时间都是不行的，我们公司技术总监整天负责架构上面的搭建和优化，还有对新技术的攻克，然后对下面的开发者制定学习计划，用技术吸引员工
