flutter - how to get path in file picker in web

Question

So i need to pass file path to a method

final mimeTypeData =
    lookupMimeType(image.path, headerBytes: [0xFF, 0xD8]).split('/');

but when i call

  FilePickerResult result = await FilePicker.platform.pickFiles(
    allowedExtensions: ['jpg', 'png'],
  );
  if (result != null) {
    setState(() {
      _image = File(result.files.single.path);
      _loading = false;
    });
  }

the path is null i want to do it for both web and android flutter: file_picker: ^2.1.4
