c# - Could not load file or assembly crdb_adoplus.dll

For the following error:

Could not load file or assembly ‘file:///C:Program FilesSAP BusinessObjectsSAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0win32_x86dotnet1crdb_adoplus.dll’ or one of its dependencies.

Is there any way to resolve this error other than through the solution:

</startup>

That solution not work in my application
