In Oracle SQL Developer. I'm looking for an update statement that will remove the extra character from any ID strings where it's found. This oughta be easy, but for some reason, I'm having trouble figuring it out. Basically, find and replace - I have a table of several hundred employees who have 10-digit numerical IDs in the ID column. Due to an error, some of those IDs were added with an extra character (-) attached to the end. I would like to find all instances of the - and remove them.
