欢天喜地做好一切准备出门旅游，到了地方发现住的公寓压根不存在，这种滋味该有多糟心，来自英国的费尔特姆夫妇算是体会到了。

Ian and Denise Feltham, from Chiswick, west London, were promised a hot tub, Turkish bath and private lift in the VIP room at the Las Boas complex in Ibiza which they booked through the hosting site.

The listing had 37 reviews and a five-star rating - and the couple were even allowed to take their beloved Yorkshire terriers Ross and Honey on the two-week getaway.

但是慢慢的，事情有点不对劲了，临近出发了，对方还迟迟不发入住信息。

But the couple said their suspicion grew after the company had still not given them arrival details in the week leading upto the holiday - despite being contacted several times.

但这对夫妇表示，尽管多次与(房屋托管)公司联系，但在假期前一周仍未收到抵达入住的细节，他们的疑虑与日俱增。

Mr Feltham, a property developer, became increasingly worried when he tried to phone the company's number, which was based in Thailand, but was unable to get through.

费尔特姆是一名房地产开发商，他尝试着给总部设在泰国的托管公司打电话，却一直无法接通，他越来越担心了。

He eventually had to get a friend in Ibiza to travel to the hotel and ask the receptionist about their penthouse - who could not find details of their booking or the travel company, the newspaper reports.

最后，他让伊维萨岛上的一位朋友直接前往酒店公寓，问接待员有没有他们预订的顶层公寓，而接待员却找不到他们的预订信息或是旅行公司的信息。

费尔特姆这下急了，还有一周就要起飞了，现在才告诉我连预订信息都没有了。他赶紧联系平台方Airbnb，看能不能退款，他好改订别处。但他得到的回复是，必须在本人出现在公寓门口且无法入住的情况下才能全额退款。

无奈之下，夫妇俩只有带着狗飞到伊维萨岛，然而前往公寓迎来预料之中的无房。

Mr Feltham, 75, told the newspaper: 'When we turned up, the receptionist said, "There isn't such a thing as the VIP Penthouse in Las Boas". A gentleman who lived in the building said they get tourists turning up all the time and that it's a very big problem.'

75岁的费尔特姆先生告诉媒体：“我们到那儿时，接待员说，Las Boas根本没有VIP顶层套房这种东西。”一位住户表示，这楼里一直有游客来来往往，很成问题。

'What checks did Airbnb even do?' Mr Feltham told the newspaper. 'I now realise the photos on the site could've been from any one of 30 apartments in the building.'

费尔特姆先生说“Airbnb到底是怎么核查房源的?”“我现在才意识到网站上的照片可能是大楼内30套公寓中的任何一套。”

夫妇俩花了9610英镑预订这套房，Airbnb从中收取了1290英镑的佣金。而当费尔特姆联系Airbnb说他们被这套假房源骗了的时候，Airbnb拒绝对此负责，直到媒体曝光，他们才将该房源删除并全额退款。

有网友很好奇，花这么多钱住个五星酒店也足够了呀。

如果你能掏得起一万英镑，为啥不去个正常酒店呢?

我要有一万英镑度假的话，才不会住民宿。

网络世界越来越靠不住了。

还有人认为Airbnb的处理方式很不合理，非要人到场被拒之门外才能退款。

That's awful to be told that you actually have to follow through with the scam to be refunded ... and then, to be eventually refused. Airbnb should have investigated and thwarted all the upheaval this couple had to go through. Ridiculous.

你必须得走完骗局全程最终被拒绝，才能获得退款，听到这样的话肯定很糟心。Airbnb应该调查并打击让这对夫妇遭此经历的类似事件。太荒谬了。

不管怎样，十一出游高峰季已经来临，希望出去玩的小伙伴们都顺心顺意，不会遇上类似的糟心事。
