html - Firebase redirect/rewrite to a static page

Question

I tired this but did not get the answer.

I am hosting a web app on firebase

I have a page at https://example.com/payment.html?data=my_data

I want to make shorter so need to redirect any page like https://example.com/pay/my_data to https://example.com/payment.html?data=my_data

Tried

But it does not works.
