discord.js - Facing Problems With Help Desk Bot

I Need to make a command like when someone type 1 the bot delete it and then dming him + cooling down it Like wait for 9 sec and etc i did this and it ends up the bot respond to anything i type on the channel 803259607317348373 known as #help-desk but still need to make him only respond to number and delete the number that user type or any text he type
