jenkins - Jenkinsfile pipeline , do i need to have a jenkinsfile for each branch ? and how should i do it?

I have this microservices project built with .net core , I've put each microservice in a branch , what I want to know is how should my jenkinsfile look like if I want only the modified microservice (poll SCM) to run the script ?
